Host - Ryan Jones
Ryan, a Gentile believer from the United States, has lived and worked in Israel for the past decade.
From 1996 to 1998, Ryan volunteered with Bridges for Peace in Jerusalem, during which time his eyes were opened to God's special plans for the Jews, and to the magnitude of the battle confronting Israel. His response was a commitment to fighting alongside Israel in any way he could.
Recognizing the need for believers to experience Israel first-hand, Ryan joined Covenant Tours in 1999 and spent two years organizing tours to the country for American Christians. He also spoke to these visitors during their stay.
During this time Ryan developed the web site Zionist.com as an outlet through which to communicate Israel's position, both biblically and politically, to the Christian world. In mid-2000 he left Covenant Tours to work on his site full time and then, in late 2000, joined up with fellow JPR host Stan Goodenough to build and develop the websites Israel My Beloved and Jerusalem Newswire.
